This isn’t just a statistical anomaly—it’s a proven strategy backed by real-world results. Multiple studies have also linked tracking food intake to greater weight loss success.
Here’s how a food journal can support your weight loss journey:
1. Accountability: By documenting your meals and snacks, you hold yourself accountable for what you consume. It’s a powerful way to stay mindful and in control of your eating choices.
