Each month, I accept a limited number of women into my personalized health and weight loss coaching program. This 3-month, 1:1 private coaching experience is designed to meet you where you are right now, addressing your unique weight, eating, and health goals.

This is NOT a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a high-touch, highly personalized experience that ensures you receive the support you need to achieve meaningful, long-lasting results.

My program is NOT right for you if:

  • You’re not willing to actively participate in our sessions, do the necessary work, or reach out for support when needed.
  • You blame external circumstances (e.g., time, work schedule, other people) for your eating habits.
  • You’re not ready to engage in habit change and mindset coaching.
  • You prefer quick fixes or restrictive diets that promise fast results but lack sustainability.
  • You want me to dictate exactly what you should eat. (I’ll offer plenty of guidance, but ultimately, you need to choose foods you enjoy and are willing to eat; otherwise, it won’t be sustainable.)

    12 x Private Coaching Sessions*

    ‣ 1 x Kick Starter Session (90 minutes)

    We’ll get clear on your desired goals and commitment, laying the foundation for our work together. I’ll address your biggest obstacles and areas of concern so you can start seeing results from day one!

    11 x Follow-up Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each)

    During these sessions, I’ll guide you through the most effective strategies and tools for lasting and sustainable weight loss. We’ll focus on prioritizing both your health and well-being while developing a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Expect continuous accountability and support to tackle the specific challenges you face.

Yes! Although my program is geared toward women who want to lose weight, the focus is still on developing healthy and sustainable eating habits and cultivating a more positive and peaceful relationship with food overall.

If you struggle with emotional eating, frequent overeating, or following through on behavior changes despite your best intentions, and it's impacting your health and life in other ways, my program may still be a great fit (whether you wish to lose weight or not).

Sometimes, upon program completion, clients decide that they'd like continued coaching and support—either because they have a larger goal they're working towards or because they see the benefit of ongoing support and accountability.

For clients who wish to continue working with me, I offer additional blocks of coaching at a reduced rate. 

Please know, though, that this is entirely optional. As long as you continue applying what you've learned, you will have all the tools you need for long-term success beyond our three months together.

Many nutritionists and health coaches focus solely on the actions or behaviors (i.e. eat this, not that; exercise more; drink more water) but don’t address the underlying thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in the same patterns and unable to follow through with making change. In other words, they don’t always get to the core issue of why you struggle with your weight, overeat, or have a poor relationship with food (or your body) in the first place.

My program addresses both the action and the necessary mindset work so you can manage your thoughts and feelings around food, eating, and your body; in ways that support you instead of sabotage you.

When you incorporate mindset work, you’re more likely to experience long-term, permanent results.

No, I’m unable to offer refunds due to the 1:1 and online nature of my program. This is why I offer 30-minute complimentary Clarity Consults so that you can decide if it’s the right fit for you before you get started.

Some extended benefit plans may cover a portion of your program investment, but you must explore this with the company supplying your benefits.

My formal certifications may be included under the "wellness spend" portion of your benefits.

(This designation is becoming more commonly covered, particularly in the United States.).

Once you decide to proceed with the program, I will send you an online payment link and my standard service agreement. I will also schedule your first session and send you a health and lifestyle form to fill out before then.

We will be meeting over Zoom videoconferencing for our sessions.

Please note that we will discuss availability and your preferred days and times for your sessions on the Clarity Consult (before getting started).

My availability is typically 9-5, Monday through Friday, with some exceptions (Eastern Standard Time).
